Introducing "Obsistens", a unique wine from the resistant variety Souvignier Gris.

The name "Obsistens" is derived from the original Latin word "obsistere," meaning "resistant," highlighting the unique qualities of this grape variety.

After a skin-contact fermentation of 5 days in stainless steel, the wine concludes the fermentations and ages on total less in old barriques for 6 months, until the bottling.
